  Don is a master marine mechanic.  His primary focus is to provide excellent customer service, while maintaining his hands-on working relationship with all aspects of his company.

  Following in Don's footsteps is his son, James, who is quickly becoming a vital part of the company's operations.  He currently runs the Prince Rupert branch of Bridgeview.
  
  James started working for Bridgeview when he was 11 years old and hasn't stopped since.  His dedication to the company is obvious.
  
  James has completed his apprenticeship in marine mechanics and is currently working towards a business diploma.

  At Bridgeview we have many qualified staff.
  
  Ray Demers has been with Bridgeview for more than 30 years.  He has a vast knowledge of all aspects of our parts department.  If a part you need has been discontinued, he's the man to talk to.  He has a unique ability of finding the part you need in a pinch.
  
  Sue Richards is the office administrator.  If you need to know anything about what's happening behind the scenes at Bridgeview, she's the one to talk to.
  
  Tim McCarthy has been with Bridgeview since 1994.  He started as a marine mechanic and is now a member of the parts department.  He is also involved in Bridgeview's ever expanding lodge business.
  
  Doug Smirfitt is our service center director.  He will assure that any repair to your boat will get done.
